We have positions for grab drivers and tipper drivers.

For a driver role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and knowledge:

​

Required Qualifications:

*Full relevant HGV license – valid and clean, with a good driving record.
*Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) – up to date.
*Tachograph card – for recording driving hours.
* Minimum of 1years’ experience – ideally in construction or related sectors.

* Relevant Hiab qualification

 

Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

* Understanding of vehicle safety and road regulations – including load securing, weight limits, and safe maneuvering.
* Basic mechanical knowledge – to carry out daily vehicle checks and report issues.
* Good route planning and navigation skills – familiarity with local roads and delivery sites.
* Awareness of health & safety protocols – especially on construction sites.
* Clear communication skills – to coordinate with site teams and logistics staff.
* Ability to work independently – with a proactive and reliable attitude.​​​​​​

Our labourers work out on the backfill & reinstatement work with our grab drivers and also in our aggregate recycle yard and waste transfer station.

* Previous experience on construction sites preferred but not essential
* Valid CSCS card (or willing to obtain one)
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Strong awareness of health & safety on-site
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
* Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
* Good communication skills
* Own transport is a bonus but not required (depending on site location)

Our recycling and waste transfer yard offers roles for labourers, machine drivers and aggregate recycling specialists.

​

To work in our aggregate recycling yard, you'll need to be physically fit, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Experience with operating plant machinery such as loaders, excavators, or crushers is a big plus, but full training can be provided for the right candidate. You should be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions while working as part of a close-knit team. A strong understanding of site safety procedures and a valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one) are essential. If you’ve got a good attitude and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we’d like to hear from you.
