We understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all parties involved, we have established the following cancellation policy for aggregate deliveries:

1. Cancellation Notice

  • More than 24 hours before delivery:
    Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time will incur no cancellation fee. Any prepayment will be refunded in full or applied as credit toward a future order.

  • Within 24 hours of delivery:
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the delivery charge to cover administrative and logistical costs.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
    If the delivery is cancelled on the day of the scheduled delivery, or if the delivery site is not accessible and results in a failed delivery, 50% of the total order value will be charged. This includes costs for labour, fuel, and equipment scheduling.

We reserve the right to delay or reschedule deliveries due to unsafe weather conditions or inaccessible delivery sites. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements without penalty.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not given on any aggregates delivered or unloaded off the vehicle.

If you don’t require the full amount of aggregates ordered, you can arrange for us to collect the surplus material at a cost equivalent to the delivery charge on the order. We will try our best to fit you in for a collection at our earlier convenience.

The aggregate must not be mixed / used or left stood for more than 48hrs.

5. Refund Processing

If eligible for a refund, please allow 3–7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. Time on site

The delivery price quoted is to unload / load the aggregates from or into one pile on site. If the vehicle and driver is required to load or offload into multiple areas on site there will be a standing charge of £50 for every additional 30 minutes on site.

If the aggregate delivery means accessing private property or a driveway then we will require a customer disclaimer form to be completed and signed by the owner of the property.

We have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for both our team and our clients. When an appointment is booked, time and resources are reserved specifically for that individual, which means we may turn away others for the same time slot. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows disrupt scheduling, impact productivity, and may lead to financial loss. By enforcing a cancellation policy, we encourage timely communication, allow waitlisted clients a chance to book, and help us maintain a high standard of service for everyone.
